Council Member (, ! );� k introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 00-69 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT 4 (FINAL) FOR THE APOLLO DRIVE <br />PHASE 3 PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, the construction of the Apollo Drive Phase 3 Project has been <br />completed by Central Landscaping, Inc., and; <br />WHEREAS, the one-year warranty period for this project will begin with the final <br />payment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. Payment Number 4 (final) in the amount of $72,411.07 is approved for a <br />total contract amount of $ 444,503.83. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 12th day of June, 2000. <br />Arm") <br />John .
