Council Member Ni t -t --r . introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 00-70 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT 3 (FINAL) AND CHANGE ORDERS <br />NO. 1 AND 2 FOR THE 1999 WEAR COURSE AND TRAIL PAVING PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, the construction of the 1999 Wear Course and Trail Paving Project <br />has been completed by North Valley, Inc., and; <br />WHEREAS, the one-year warranty period for this project will begin with the final <br />payment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. Payment Number 3 (final) in the amount of $16,399.58 and Change <br />Orders No. 1 and 2 in the amount of $ (8,351.26) and $ 7,556.21 <br />respectively, are approved for a total contract amount of $ 182,143.70. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 12th day of June, 2000. <br />ptiveri‘mi <br />71/ <br />ekt <br />y -Chet Gaustad, CMC City Clerk <br />John J.
