Council Member Dahl introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2000 - 99 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT <br />Be it resolved that the City of Lino Lakes enter into a grant <br />agreement with the Minnesota Department of Public Safety, Office <br />of Traffic Safety for the project entitled Safe and Sober <br />Communities during the period from October 1, 2000 through <br />September 30, 2001. <br />The Public Safety Director/Chief of Police is hereby authorized <br />to execute such agreements and amendments, as are necessary to <br />implement the project on behalf of the City of Lino Lakes and to <br />be the fiscal agent and administer the grant. <br />I certify that the above resolution was adopted by the City <br />Council of the City of Lino Lakes on October 9, 2000. <br />4tac <br />Ry-Chel Gaustad/LMC, City Clerk -Treasurer <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Council Member Carlson and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Bergeson, Dahl, Carlson, O;Donnell, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: none <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
