Council Member Reinert introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption. <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 00-102 <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DONATION FROM THE FLAAA <br />WHEREAS, the Forest Lake Area Athletic Association (FLAAA) provides recreational <br />opportunities for the youth of Lino Lakes and; <br />WHEREAS, the FLAAA practices and schedules their games at the City Hall Park ballfields; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the FLAAA has expressed their desire to assist the city in improving the ballfields <br />at City Hall Park. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, the <br />Council accepts the FLAAA donation of $2,500 to help finance improvements to City Hall Park <br />West Field including new out of play fencing, players benches, and additional ag-lime. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 23rd day of Oober, 2000. <br />'Y1 `(`( v <br />Jean er, Deputy Clerk <br />erge on <br />The otion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member <br />Carlson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: Carlson, Dahl, O'Donnell, Reinert <br />The following against same: none, Mayor Bergeson was absent <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
