Council Member Carlson <br />adoption: <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 00- 0't -i <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO CERTIFY <br />DELINQUENT WATER AND SEWER UTILITY BILLS FOR COLLECTION <br />WITH THE 2000 PROPERTY TAXES, COLLECTABLE IN 2001 <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to City Code Chapter 400, Section 401.29 and Chapter 402, <br />Section 402.14, Subd. 5, the Clerk -Treasurer has prepared a list of <br />residents who have delinquent water and sewer bills to be certified to the <br />Anoka County Auditor for collection with the 2000 property tax <br />statements, collectable in 2001, and <br />WHEREAS, the certification list is attached hereto this resolution, and <br />WHEREAS, notice of impending action was mailed to residents on October 5, 2000; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of Lino Lakes, <br />Minnesota that the City Council hereby levies the sums of money collectable in the year <br />2001 upon the attached list of properties in the City of Lino Lakes, Minnesota. <br />Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota this 23rd day of October 2000. <br />4rictilkaotact <br />Ry-Chel Gaustad, CMC City Clerk <br />John/J.
