Council Member Carlson <br />adoption: <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 00-115 <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING EASEMENT TO THE METROPOLITAN COUNCIL FOR <br />THE CENTERVILLE INTERCEPTOR IMPROVEMENTS. <br />WHEREAS, easements are needed to construct the Centerville Interceptor <br />improvements; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes and the Metropolitan Council agree to the terms <br />contained in the latter's letter dated October 25, 2000. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The City Attorney is directed to proceed with the transaction proposed in the October <br />25, 2000 letter from the Metropolitan Council. <br />2. The funds from this transaction will be deposited in the City's Surface Water <br />Management Fund. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 13thof November, 2000. <br />J .
