Council Member ', �i Y2L2, (.-=J1 introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 00-72 <br />RESOLUTION DENYING THE REQUEST FOR A REPORT ON PUBLIC <br />IMPROVMENTS TO SERVE WEST SHADOW LAKE DRIVE. <br />WHEREAS, a request has been received for a report on public improvements consisting <br />of sanitary sewer and water service to serve West Shadow Lake Drive, north of Birch <br />Street, and <br />WHEREAS, the City considers this request for improvements as premature, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The request to prepare a report on public improvements consisting of sanitary sewer <br />and water service to serve West Shadow Lake Drive, north of Birch Street, is <br />denied. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 10thy of July, 2000. <br />1 <br />Jo J.
