Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 00-68 <br />RESOLUTION REJECTING BIDS - APOLLO DRIVE PHASE 4 IMPROVEMENTS. <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the construction of the Apollo Drive <br />Phase 4 project, bids were received, and, <br />WHEREAS, the City does not own or have access to the proposed right-of-way, and <br />WHEREAS, the improvements cannot be constructed by the City without access to the <br />proposed right-of-way, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The bids for this project are hereby rejected. <br />2. The City Engineer is directed to notify the contractors of the City's decision and return their <br />bid bonds. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 10`hd of July, 2000. <br />J. <br />L74.
