Council Member rut!' introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01-41 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF STUDY FOR THE 2001 21ST AVENUE <br />STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve 21st Avenue, south of Main Street, by installing <br />roadway and storm sewer improvements, and <br />WHEREAS, the City proposes to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the <br />cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1.
