CONFIDENTIALITY <br />Agency recognizes that Medical Control Provider is a covered entity and must <br />maintain compliance with federal and state laws and regulations that govern <br />patient privacy. This includes, but is not limited to, the HITECH Act, HIPAA, and <br />the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act. <br />Medical Control Provider may withhold Patient Health Information (PHI) from <br />Agency as determined necessary to comply with federal and state laws and <br />regulations. <br />VI.
