WS — Item 1B <br />WORK SESSION STAFF REPORT <br />Work Session Item No. 1B <br />Date: December 28, 2015 <br />To: City Council <br />From: Rick DeGardner, Public Services Director <br />Re: Public Services Vehicle Capital Replacement Plan <br />Background <br />As part of the 2016 Budget Adoption discussion, during the Council Work Session on <br />December 7, 2015, Council members requested more information on the 2016 Capital <br />Replacement Schedule and directed staff to remove the 2016 Capital Replacement <br />portion of the 2016 Budget which was adopted at the December 14, 2015 City Council <br />Meeting. <br />The current Vehicle Replacement Schedule (non -Public Safety vehicles) is attached. <br />Estimated purchase prices are listed for items scheduled for purchase within the next <br />three years.
