Owner and Contractor hereunder. Contractor shall include in all subcontracts required by <br />Para -graph 6.06.G a specific provision whereby the subcontractor consents to being <br />joined in arbitration between Owner and Contractor involving the work of such <br />subcontractor. Nothing in this Paragraph SC -16.03.E, nor in the provisions of such <br />subcontract consenting to joinder, shall create any claim, right, or cause of action in favor <br />of subcontractor and against Owner, Engineer, or Engineer's Consultants that does not <br />otherwise exist. <br />F.
