Comply with the stipulations of the following permits, which have been applied for, and <br />will be furnished by the Owner: <br />1. Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) permit. <br />B. Pay for and comply with the provisions of the following permits: <br />1. City and State building permits. <br />2. Electrical permits and inspection fees. <br />C.
