(4) Height Regulations. No building shall be erected or struct- <br />urally altered to exceed thirty (30) feet. These regula- <br />tions shall not apply to barns, silos, or other farm build- <br />ings. <br />(5) Resubdivision Requirement. Lots developed in this district <br />and without sanitary sewer shall be planned for maximum den- <br />sity single-family resubdivision. Buildings shall be <br />located on such lot in a manner that easily allows for <br />future resubdivision. Prior to issuing a building permit, <br />the Building Official shall review building locations to <br />ensure compliance with this requirement. <br />(6) Permitted Uses. In this "S -RX" District, no building or <br />land shall be used and no building shall be erected, con- <br />verted or structurally altered unless otherwise provided <br />herein, except for one of the following uses. Also, all <br />appropriate regulations and standards in Section 5, Subd. <br />4 (Site and Building Plan Review) and Subd. 6 (Certificate <br />of Occupancy) must be satisfied. The Building Official may <br />determine that because of topographic conditions this re- <br />quirement cannot be met. <br />(A) Single-family detached dwellings <br />(8) Public parks <br />(C) Golf courses <br />(D) Home occupations as provided in Section 4, Subd. 26 <br />(7) Conditional Uses.
