No building shall be erected or struct- <br />urally altered to exceed 30 feet. <br />(5) Permitted Uses. In the "R -1X" District, no building or land <br />shall be used and no building shall be erected, converted or <br />structurally altered unless otherwise provided herein, <br />except for one of the following uses. Also, all appropriate <br />regulations and standards in Section 5, Subd. 4 (Site and <br />Building Plan Review) and Subd. 6 (Certificate of Occupancy) <br />must be satisfied. <br />(A) Single-family detached dwellings <br />(B) Home occupations as provided in Section 4, Subd. 4 <br />(6) Conditional Uses.
