The following are conditional uses <br />in the "ER" District and require a Conditional Use Per- <br />mit based upon the procedures set forth in and regulat- <br />ed by Section 5, Subd. 5. (Conditional Use Permits) and <br />Certificate of Occupancy as provided by Section 5, <br />Subd. 6. <br />(A) Farm <br />(B) Stock raising (not feedlots or confined feeding <br />operations) <br />(C) Commercial greenhouses or nurseries <br />(D) Cemeteries <br />(E) Commercial riding stables <br />(F) Dog Kennels (see City Code, Licensing and Regulat- <br />ion of Dog Kennels, and Licensing, Regulating and <br />Keeping of Dogs) <br />(G) Public buildings <br />(H) Day care nurseries <br />(I) Churches <br />(J) Elementry schools <br />(K) Airports, private and public <br />ADD: SECTION 6, Subd. 4. "S -R" Suburban Residential District <br />(1) Purpose. The purpose of this district is to allow for large <br />lot, single-family residential development with on-site <br />sewage disposal systems in area which are planned to receive <br />sewer sometime after 1990. Development will be encouraged <br />to occur in such a manner as to not make it difficult to ex- <br />tend sewer into the area in the future. This transitional <br />district is intended to provide limited opportunities for a <br />low density, semi -rural, residential lifestyle for those <br />who are willing to accept a lower level of urban and com- <br />munity service. Developments which do occur in this <br />district prior to the availability of sewer will be <br />designated for future resubdivision so as to permit <br />economical installation of sewer at a later date. <br />In special cases where the topography of the land is such <br />that resubdivision is unlikely, the location of dwellings <br />is not to be limited. <br />PAGE 6 <br />
