In this "S -R" District, no buildings or <br />land shall be used and no building shall be erected, con- <br />verted or structurally altered unless otherwise provided <br />herein, except for one of the following uses. Also, all <br />appropriate regulations and standards in Section 5, Subd. <br />4 (Site and Building Plan Review) and Subd. 6 (Certificate <br />of Occupancy) must be satisfied. <br />(A) Single-family detached dwellings <br />(B) Farm, limited <br />(C) Public parks <br />(D) Golf courses <br />(E) Home occupations as provided in Section 4, Subd. 26 <br />(7) Conditional Uses. The following are conditional uses in the <br />"S -R" District and require a Conditional Use Permit based <br />upon the procedures set forth and regulated by Section 5, <br />Subd. 5. (Conditional Use Permits) and Certificate of Oc- <br />cupancy as provided by Section 5, Subd. 6. <br />(A) Farm <br />(B) <br />Stock raising (not feedlots or confined feeding oper- <br />ations) <br />(C) Commercial greenhouses or nurseries <br />(D) Cemeteries <br />(E) Commercial riding stables <br />(F) Dog kennels (see City Code, Licensing and Regulation <br />of Dog Kennels, and Licensing, Regulating and Keeping <br />of Dogs) <br />(G) Public buildings <br />(H) Day care nurseries <br />(I) Churches <br />(J) Elementary schools <br />(K) Airports, private and public <br />PAGE 8 <br />
