CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />Resolution No. 02 - 89 <br />RESOLUTION SETTING PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR VACATION OF <br />CERTAIN UTILITY EASEMENTS IN RESHANAU LAKE ESTATES SOUTH, 2ND <br />ADDITION <br />WHEREAS: the ower of Lot 7, Block 2 and Lot 8, Block 2, <br />Reshanau Lake Estates South, 2nd Addition is <br />desiring to build a home valued at $218,000 on <br />both lots, and <br />WHEREAS: <br />the City Engineer and the City Planner have <br />reviewed the request and find the request <br />acceptable, <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA: <br />that a public hearing be set for Monday, February 13, <br />1989 at 7:45 P. M. to consider vacating the utility <br />easement on the north line of Lot 7 and the south line <br />of Lot 8, Block 2, Reshanau Lake Estates South, 2nd <br />Addition. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 23rd day of <br />January, 1989. <br />Benjami G.
