CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 05 - 89 <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON <br />IMPROVEMENT OF RESHANAU LAKES ESTATES SOUTH, THIRD ADDITION <br />AS SUBMITTED BY G. M. DEVELOPMENT, INC. ON A PLAN DATED <br />SEPTEMBER 23, 1988 AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FEASIBILITY <br />REPORT PREPARED BY TKDA DATED DECEMBER 20, 1988 <br />WHEREAS: <br />Pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted <br />on November 14, 1988, a report has been prepared <br />by Toltz, King, Duvall, Anderson and Associates <br />with reference to the improvement of Reshanau <br />Lake Estates South, Third Addition, and this <br />report was received by the Council on December <br />27, 1988. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement of such <br />subdivision in accordance with the report and the <br />assessment of benefiting property for all or a portion <br />of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes Chapter 429 and Chapter 8 of the Lino Lakes <br />City Charter at an estimated total cost of the <br />improvement of $671,917.00. <br />2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed <br />improvement on the thirteenth day of February, 1989 in <br />the Council chambers of the city hall at 8:15 P.M. and <br />the City Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of <br />such hearing and improvement as required by law. <br />Adopted by the Council this twenty third day of January, <br />1989. <br />Marilyn G.
