CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 06 - 89 <br />RESOLUTION ENTERING INTO AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF <br />MINNESOTA, DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY FOR THE PURPOSE OF <br />RECEIVING PRELIMINARY BREATH TEST INSTRUMENTS <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Lino Lakes enter into an <br />agreement with the State of Minnesota, Department of Public <br />Safety for the purpose of receiving from the State of <br />Minnesota, Department of Public Safety, preliminary breath <br />test instruments on a loan basis for use by law enforcement <br />officers to assist in the detection of motorists who may be <br />in violation of Minnesota Statutes Section 169.121, or local <br />ordinances in conformity therewith. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Clerk are <br />hereby authorized to execute such agreement. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 13th day of <br />February, 1989. <br />Benjamin G Benson, Mayor <br />Mar lyn G.
