CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 09 - 89 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON ELM STREET <br />IMPROVEMENT <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve Elm Street between Sunset <br />Drive and Lake Drive by installing sanitary sewer, municipal <br />water and rebuilding the street to MSA standards and to <br />assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the <br />cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, <br />Chapter 429 and Chapter 8 of the Lino Lakes City Charter, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />That the proposed improvement be referred to Ron Stalberg of <br />TKDA for study and that he is instructed to report to the <br />Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a <br />preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is <br />feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed <br />or in connection with some other improvement, and the <br />estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br />The estimated number of benefited property owners by such <br />improvement is thirty one (31). <br />Adopted by the Council this27th_.4. <br />Mar <br />enjaamin . ienso Mayor <br />February,_191.9„ <br />Marilyn G.
