CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 12 - 89 <br />RESOLUTION SETTING PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR VACATION OF <br />OF A PORTION OF THE EASEMENTS ON CERTAIN LOTS IN BLOCK 7 AND <br />BLOCK 10, LAKES ADDITION NO. 3., LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA <br />WHEREAS: a revised grading and drainage plan has been <br />submitted to the City of Lino Lakes; and <br />WHEREAS: that plan does not require the standard ten (10) <br />foot easement for adequate drainage; and <br />WHEREAS: application for a reduction in setback requirements <br />has been submitted to the City permitting <br />construction within the present drainage easement <br />area, <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA: <br />that a public hearing be set for Monday, March 27, 1989 <br />at 7:45 P.M. to consider vacating a portion of the <br />easements on certain lots in Block 7 and Block 10, Lakes <br />Addition No. 3. <br />Adopted this twenty seventh d <br />ar' yn G.
