CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14 - 89 <br />RESOLUTION ABATING THE 1989 INSTALLMENT AND ALL FUTURE <br />INSTALLMENTS FOR SPECIAL ASSESSMENT FUND NO. 948 ON PARCELS <br />DESCRIBED AS 28-31-22-12-0068 AND 28-31-22-12-0069 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of Lino Lakes has met and heard <br />and passed upon this abatement, and <br />WHEREAS, these two lots were sold to G. M. Development <br />Corporation and the sales price included all <br />special assessments, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City <br />of Lino Lakes, Minnesota, as follows: <br />1. That the 1989 installment and all installments for the <br />future years for Special Assessment Fund No. 948 on <br />property described as PIN 28-31-22-12-0068 and PIN <br />28-31-22-12-0069, including penalties and interest, if <br />any, are hereby abated. <br />2.
