CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 22-89 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR <br />BIDS FOR RESHANAU LAKE ESTATES SOUTH, THIRD ADDITION. {� g <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Council on December 27, 1988, <br />the City Engineer has prepared plans and specifications for the improvement of <br />Reshanau Lake Estates South, Third Additionas and has presented such plans and <br />specifications to the Council for approval, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF L INO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto and <br />made a part hereof, are hereby approved. <br />2. The City Clerk shal I prepare and cause to be inserted in the official <br />paper an advertisement for bids upon the making of such improvement <br />under such approved plans and specifications. The advertisement shal I <br />be publ fished for twenty one (21) days, shal I specify the work to be <br />done, shal I state that bids w i I I be opened and considered by the <br />Council at 10:30 A.M. on May 5, 1989, in the Council Chambers of the <br />City Hal I, 1 189 Main Street, and that no bids will be considered <br />unless sealed and filed with the Clerk and accompanied by a cash <br />deposit, cashier's check, bid bond or certified check payable to the <br />City Clerk for 5 per cent of the amount of such bid. <br />Passed and adopted this 10th day of April, 1989. <br />Benjamjfi G.
