CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 23 - 89 <br />RESOLUTION RE -APPORTIONING AREA WIDE ASSESSMENT CHARGES TO <br />SUNRISE MEADOWS SUBDIVISION FROM ULMER'S RICE LAKE ESTATES <br />THIRD ADDITION <br />WHEREAS: the subdivision formerly known as Ulmer's Rise Lake <br />Estates Third Addition has been replatted into the <br />Sunrise Meadows subdivision, and <br />WHEREAS: there are assessments for area wide charges on <br />Ulmer's Rice Lake Third Addition and the landowner <br />has submitted a letter dated March 3, 1989 <br />requesting that these assessments be re -apportioned <br />to the replat known as Sunrise Meadows, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Council of the City of Lino Lakes hereby authorizes <br />and directs the City Engineer to prepare a re- <br />apportioned assessment roll for Sunrise Meadows. <br />2. The Council of the City of Lino Lakes hereby authorizes <br />and directs the City Clerk to record this re -apportioned <br />assessment at the Anoka County Court House as authorized <br />by Minnesota State Statutes 429. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 10th <br />day of April, 1989. <br />Benja ' n G.
