CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 24 - 89 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT OF <br />WOODRIDGE ESTATES II <br />WHEREAS: it is proposed to improve Woodridge Estates II by <br />the installation of sanitary sewer, municipal <br />water, public streets and other utilities and to <br />assess the benefited property for all or a portion <br />of the costs of the improvement, pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 and Chapter 8 of <br />the Lino Lakes Home Rule Charter. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />That the proposed improvement be referred to the City <br />Engineer, Ron Stahlberg of TKDA for study and that he is <br />instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed <br />advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the <br />proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should <br />best be made as proposed or in connection with some other <br />improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as <br />recommended. <br />Adopted by the Council this tee day of April, 198 <br />njamin <br />//'2@44 , <br />Mar' yn G. nderson, Clerk -Treasurer <br />enson, ayor <br />
