CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 26 - 89 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT OF WOODRIDGE ESTATES I <br />WHEREAS: a resolution of the City Council adopted the 27th <br />day of December, 1988, fixed a date for a Coucnil <br />hearing on the proposed improvement of Woodridge <br />Estates II, <br />WHEREAS: ten days' mailed notice and two week's published <br />notice of the hearing was given, and the hearing <br />was held thereon on the 23rd day of January, 1989, <br />at which all persons desiring to be heard were <br />given an opportunity to be heard thereon, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1.
