CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 36 - 89 <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A HEARING ON THE <br />IMPROVEMENT OF ROHAVIC OAKS, SECOND ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted on <br />May 22, 1989 with reference to the improvement of <br />Rohavic Oaks, Second Addition, and this report was <br />received by the Council on May 22, 1989, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement of Rohavic <br />Oaks, Second Addition in accordance with the report and <br />the assessment of benefited property for all or a <br />portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and Chapter 8 of the Lino <br />Lakes City Charter at an estimated total cost of the <br />improvement of $226,058.85. <br />2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed <br />improvement on the 26th day of June, 1989 in the council <br />chambers of the city hall at 7:30 P.M. and the Clerk <br />shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing <br />and improvements as required by law. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 22nd day of May, <br />1989. <br />Benjami G.
