CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 42 - 89 <br />A RESOLUTION DETERMINING THE SUFFICIENCY OF A PETITION FOR A <br />REFERENDUM ON ORDINANCE NO. 03 - 89 <br />WHEREAS: a petition requesting a referendum on Ordinance No. <br />03 - 89 was received by the City Clerk on June 6, <br />1989, and <br />WHEREAS: the City Clerk has examined the petition and has <br />determined that the petition is correct in form and <br />contains the signature of 229 qualified voters <br />which is 7% of the voters in the 1988 General <br />Election, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />That the Council does determine that the Petition for <br />Referendum on Ordinance No. 03 - 89 is sufficient and the <br />matter will be placed on the ballot at the November 7, <br />1989 City Election. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 26th day of June, <br />1989. <br />Marlyn .
