CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 44 - 89 <br />RESOLUTION AGREEING TO CONDITIONS OF GRANT FOR 80TH STREET <br />BRIDGE <br />WHEREAS: the City of Lino Lakes has applied to the <br />Commissioner of Transportation for grant from the <br />Minnesota State Transportation Fund for the <br />construction of City Bridge No. L-8158 over <br />Hardwood Creek, and <br />WHEREAS: the application for the grant has been approved by <br />the Minnesota Department of Transportation, and <br />WHEREAS: the amount of the grant has been determined to be <br />$68,765.50 by reason of the lowest responsible bid, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: <br />that the City of Lino Lakes does hereby affirm that <br />any cost of the bridge in excess of the grant will <br />be appropriated from the funds available to the <br />City of Lino Lakes, and that any grant monies <br />appropriated for the bridge but not required, based <br />on the final estimate, shall be returned to the <br />State Transportation Fund. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 26th <br />day of June, 1989. <br />) 61(zW-,4 <br />Mar'1Y n G.
