CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 46 - 89 <br />RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 41 - 89, INSTALLATION OF <br />TRUNK SEWER AND WATER, WEST CENTRAL TRUNK SANITARY SEWER AND <br />WATERMAIN IMPROVEMENT, PHASE II <br />WHEREAS: the City Council on June 26, 1989 passed Resolution <br />No. 41 - 89 receiving report and calling hearing on <br />installation of trunk sewer and water, West Central <br />Trunk Sanitary Sewer and Watermain Improvements, <br />Phase II, and <br />WHEREAS: Resolution No. 41 - 89 was not published as <br />required by the Lino Lakes City Charter, and <br />WHEREAS: it is the desire of the City Council to offer a <br />choice of one of three proposed routes for the <br />improvements, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. Resolution No. 41 - 89 is hereby rescinded. <br />2. The public hearing be rescheduled for Monday, August 14, <br />1989, 7:30 P.M. as outlined in Resolution No. 47 - 89. <br />3. The City Clerk be instructed to published Resolution No. <br />47 - 89 in the Quad Press on July llth and July 18, 1989 <br />and notify all affected residents. <br />4. The City Clerk be instructed to send a copy of <br />Resolution No. 47 - 89 to the property owners before <br />July 31, 1989 as required by the Lino Lakes City <br />Charter. <br />Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes this fifth day of <br />July, 1989. <br />Benjamin . :enson, Mayor <br />Mar lyyn G.
