CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 47 - 89 <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT - <br />INSTALLATION OF TRUNK SEWER AND WATER, WEST CENTRAL TRUNK SANITARY <br />SEWER AND WATERMAIN IMPROVEMENT, PHASE II <br />WHEREAS: pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted December <br />27, 1988, a report has been prepared by the City Engineer <br />with reference to the installation of trunk sewer and water <br />mains for one of three alternate routes: <br />1. Beginning at 4th Avenue and Industrial Boulevard, north <br />to 77th Street, east on 77th Street to the intersection <br />of 77th Street and Carole Drive,1or <br />2. Beginning at 4th Avenue and Industrial Boulevard, north <br />to 77th Street, east on 77th Street to the intersection <br />of Lake Drive and 77th Street, then south on Lake Drive <br />for approximately 300 feet, or <br />3. Beginning at 4th Avenue and Industrial Boulevard, east <br />across property owned by Feedrite Controls, Inc. and <br />Glenn Rehbein to the intersection of Lake Drive and <br />Lilac Street, then north on Lake Drive approximately 500 <br />feet, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. <br />The Council will consider the installation of such trunk <br />sewer and water mains in accordance with the report and the <br />assessment of benefitting property for all or a portion of <br />the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes <br />Chapter 429 and Chapter 8 of the Lino Lakes City Charter at <br />an estimated total cost of the improvement of $1,214,413.00. <br />2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement <br />on the 14th day of August, 1989 in the council chambers of <br />the city hall at 7:30 P.M. and the Clerk shall give mailed <br />and published notice of such hearing and improvement as <br />required by law. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 5th . of July, <br />Ar <br />Benj al. <br />1989. <br />Marilyn G.
