CITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION NO. 47 - 89 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT - INSTALLATION OF TRUNK SEWER AND WATER, WEST CENTRAL TRUNK SANITARY SEWER AND WATERMAIN IMPROVEMENT, PHASE II WHEREAS: pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted December 27, 1988, a report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the installation of trunk sewer and water mains for one of three alternate routes: 1. Beginning at 4th Avenue and Industrial Boulevard, north to 77th Street, east on 77th Street to the intersection of 77th Street and Carole Drive,1or 2. Beginning at 4th Avenue and Industrial Boulevard, north to 77th Street, east on 77th Street to the intersection of Lake Drive and 77th Street, then south on Lake Drive for approximately 300 feet, or 3. Beginning at 4th Avenue and Industrial Boulevard, east across property owned by Feedrite Controls, Inc. and Glenn Rehbein to the intersection of Lake Drive and Lilac Street, then north on Lake Drive approximately 500 feet, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: 1. The Council will consider the installation of such trunk sewer and water mains in accordance with the report and the assessment of benefitting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and Chapter 8 of the Lino Lakes City Charter at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $1,214,413.00. 2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 14th day of August, 1989 in the council chambers of the city hall at 7:30 P.M. and the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
