CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 62 - 89 <br />RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF LINDA AVENUE IN ROHAVIC <br />OAKS, SECOND ADDITION <br />WHEREAS: a portion of the platted street Linda Avenue has <br />been platted into a lot in Rohavic Oaks, Second <br />Addition as shown on the attached map, and <br />WHEREAS: this replat of a portion of Linda Avenue has been <br />reviewed by the City Engineer and the City Public <br />Works Director and not adverse future problems were <br />noted, and <br />WHEREAS: a public hearing was held on September 11, 1989 <br />before the City Council in the city hall after due <br />published and posted notice had been given by the <br />Clerk on August 21, 1989 and August 29, 1989 and <br />all persons interested were given an opportunity to <br />be heard; and <br />WHEREAS: it appears that it will be for the best interest of <br />the City to vacate such portion of Linda Avenue <br />described as, "that part of Linda Avenue as <br />dedicated in Rohavic Oaks, Anoka County, Minnesota, <br />lying west of the northerly extension of the east <br />line of Lot 14, Block 2, said Rohavic Oaks". <br />WHEREAS: four fifths of all the members of the Council <br />concur in this resolution, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the portion of the <br />Linda Avenue described above and shown on the attached map is <br />hereby vacated. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this llth <br />day of September, 1989. <br />�a,„�ar <br />, (¢, <br />lyn Anderson, Clerk -Treasurer <br />
