CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 66 - 89 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR 1989 SEAL COAT PROGRAM <br />WHEREAS: pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the 1989 <br />Seal Coat Program as outlined in the attached <br />Advertisement for Bids, bids were received, opened <br />and tabulated according to law, and the following <br />bids were received complying with the <br />advertisement: <br />Allied Blacktop Company $43,314.75 <br />AND WHEREAS, it appears that Allied Blacktop Company with a <br />bid of $43,314.75 is the lowest responsible bidder, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Mayor and the Clerk are hereby authorized and <br />directed to enter into the attached contract with Allied <br />Blacktop Company in the name of the City of Lino Lakes <br />for the 1989 Seal Coat Program according to the plans <br />and specifications therefore approved by the City <br />Council and on file in the office of the City Clerk. <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with <br />their bids, except that the deposits of the successful <br />bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained <br />until a contract has been signed. <br />Adopted by the City Council this <br />Mari <br />of Septembe '89. <br />At,_ <br />4/J-e/LJA / <br />lyn G.
