RESOLUTION NO. 73 - 89 <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION REQUESTING MnDOT PARTICIPATION IN THE PROPOSED <br />IMPROVEMENT OF SECOND AVENUE AND LAKE DRIVE <br />WHEREAS: the City of Lino Lakes has prepared plans and <br />specifications for the improvement of Second Avenue <br />from Lake Drive to Elm Street, and <br />WHEREAS: the plans and specifications provide for future <br />improvements to the south side of Lake Drive (T.H. <br />49), and <br />WHEREAS: the Department of Transportation annually allocates <br />funds for special projects, and <br />WHEREAS: said funds are administered through the Oakdale <br />Office by a cooperative agreement between the City <br />and MnDot, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the <br />City of Lino Lakes directs the City Administrator and City <br />Engineer to request financial participation in the <br />improvement of the intersection of Second Avenue and Lake <br />Drive. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 27th day of <br />November, 1989. <br />c <br />Benjamin G.
