CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 74-89 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CLOSE THE GENERAL <br />OBLIGATION BONDS OF 1982 FUND TO THE GENERAL OBLIGATION <br />IMPROVEMENT BONDS SERIES 1986A. <br />WHEREAS: The Improvement Bonds Series 1986A refinanced a <br />portion of the Improvement Bonds of 1982, <br />WHEREAS: The Improvement Bonds of 1982 have been completely <br />retired, <br />WHEREAS: Section 3.01 of resolution 49-86 awarding the sale <br />of the Improvement Bonds Series 1986A pledges all <br />remaining special assessment collections of the <br />Improvement Bonds of 1982 to the Improvement Bonds <br />Series 1986 A debt service fund. <br />WHEREAS: There exists a balance of $274,412.82 in the <br />Improvement Bonds of 1982, <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />That the balance of $274,412.82 in the <br />Improvement Bonds of 1982 fund be transferred to <br />the Improvement Bonds Series 1986A fund and the <br />City Clerk be authorized to close the Improvement <br />Bonds of 1982 fund. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 27th day of <br />November, 1989. <br />Marilyn G.
