CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />�.. RESOLUTION NO. 82 - 89 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY ACCOUNTANT TO CLOSE THE 1985 <br />CERTIFICATE OF INDEBTEDNESS FUND INTO THE CLOSED BOND FUND <br />WHEREAS, There exists an unaudited cash balance in the 1985 <br />Certificate of Indebtedness debt service fund, <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, The 1985 Certificate of Indebtedness bonds have <br />been completely retired, <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA, <br />That the unaudited balance in the 1985 Certificate <br />of Indebtedness fund be transferred to the Closed <br />Bond Fund, and that the City Accountant be <br />authorized to close the 1985 Certificate of <br />Indebtedness fund. Any remaining receipts <br />received for the 1985 Certificate of Indebtedness <br />fund will be credited towards the closed bond <br />fund. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 26th day of <br />December, 1989. <br />Benjamin G Benson, Mayor <br />1,x.4 -C' <br />Marilyn.
