CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />`-' RESOLUTION NO. 84 - 89 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY ACCOUNTANT TO CLOSE THE 4th <br />AVENUE CONSTRUCTION FUND INTO THE 1987 DEBT SERVICE FUND <br />WHEREAS, There exists an unaudited cash balance <br />in the 4th avenue construction fund, and, <br />WHEREAS, The construction on 4th Avenue has been completed, <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA, <br />That the unaudited cash balance in the 4th avenue <br />construction fund be transferred to the 1987 debt <br />service fund, and that the City Accountant be <br />authorized to close the 4th Avenue construction <br />fund. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 26th day of <br />December, 1989. <br />Benjamin G Benson, Mayor <br />�� CZ S.x'u-24/L2-L9i1 <br />Ma il� G.
