CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 86 - 89 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY ACCOUNTANT TO TRANSFER AN <br />ADMINISTRATIVE CHARGE FROM THE COMPREHENSIVE (TRUNKWATER <br />MAIN) AREA WIDE CONSTRUCTION FUND TO THE GENERAL FUND AND TO <br />CLOSE THE TRUNKWATER MAIN CONSTRUCTION FUND INTO THE 1987 <br />DEBT SERVICE FUND <br />WHEREAS, A schedule of Administration Fees for improvement <br />projects was approved by the Lino Lakes City <br />Council, and, <br />WHEREAS, The Comprehensive (Trunkwater main) area wide <br />construction fund was approved by the Lino Lakes <br />City Council,and, <br />WHEREAS, There exists an unaudited cash balance of <br />in the Comprehensive (trunk watermain) area wide <br />construction fund, and, <br />WHEREAS, The construction on the project has been <br />completed, <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA, <br />That the Lino Lakes City Council hereby authorize <br />the City Accountant to tranfer an administrative <br />construction fee of $ 7,940.00 from the <br />Comprehensive (trunk watermain) area wide <br />construction fund to the General Fund. Also, the <br />Lino Lakes City Council hereby authorizes the City <br />Accountant to transfer the remaining unaudited <br />balance (after such administrative transfer has <br />been made) of the Comprehensive (trunk watermain) <br />area wide construction fund to the 1987 debt <br />service fund, and that the City Accountant be <br />authorized to close the Comprehensive (trunk <br />watermain) area wide construction fund. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 26th day of <br />December, 1989. <br />Benjamin G Benson, Mayor <br />Thri1Y n G.
