CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 87 - 89 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY ACCOUNTANT TO CLOSE THE <br />MAIN STREET CONSTRUCTION FUND INTO THE 1988-A DEBT SERVICE <br />FUND <br />WHEREAS, There exists an unaudited cash balance <br />in the Main Street construction fund, and, <br />WHEREAS, The construction on the project has been <br />completed, <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA, <br />That the unaudited cash balance in the Main Street <br />construction fund be transferred to the 1988-A <br />debt service fund, and that the City Accountant be <br />authorized to close the Main Street construction <br />fund. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 26th day of <br />December, 1989. <br />Marilyn <br />Benjamin G Benson, Mayor <br />Anderson, Clerk -Treasurer <br />
