CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NUMBER 90-89 <br />RESOLUTION TRANFERING FUNDS FROM THE RICE LAKE CONSTRUCTION <br />FUND TO THE 1988A DEBT SERVICE FUND. <br />Whereas, The Rice Lake Estates project was funded by the <br />Temporary Improvement bonds of 1985, <br />WHEREAS, The Temporary Improvement Bonds of 1985 were <br />subsequently refinanced by the 1988 Improvement <br />Bonds, <br />WHEREAS, The construction on the Rice Lake Estates project <br />is substantially complete except for the final <br />bituminous street overlay, <br />WHEREAS, an amount of $55,000.00 will be retained in the <br />Rice Lake Construction Fund to pay for the final <br />overlay of the road, <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Lino Lakes City Council <br />hereby authorizes the City Accountant to transfer the <br />remaining unaudited balance of the Rice Lakes Construction <br />fund to the 1988A debt service fund. <br />Passed this 26th day of December, 1989. <br />Benjamin G.
