NOW, THEREFORE, I, Harold L. Bisel, Mayor of the City of Lino <br />Lakes, do hereby proclaim April 21, 1990 as <br />ARBOR DAY <br />in the City of Lino Lakes, and I urge all citizens <br />to support efforts to protect our trees and <br />woodlands and to support out city's urban forestry <br />program, and <br />FURTHER, I urge all citizens to plant trees to gladden the <br />hearts and promote the well-being of present and <br />future generations. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes Council this 9th d.y of April, <br />1990. <br />•C 1%1 it - <br />Marilyn G,.
