conjunction with Earth Day and Arbor Day activities; and, <br />WHEREAS, Earthkeepers needs support and volunteers to <br />successfully complete the project: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the City of Lino Lakes <br />recognizes and supports the Earthkeepers clean up project and <br />encourages residents to volunteer in order to make the <br />project successful. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, I, Harold L. Bisel, Mayor of the City of Lino <br />Lakes, do hereby proclaim April 21, 1990 as <br />EARTH DAY <br />in the City of Lino Lakes, and I urge all citizens to support <br />our Earth Day efforts. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 9th day of April, <br />1990. <br />Mari yn j3.
