Schumacher, City Administrator <br />City of Lino Lakes <br />1189 Main Street <br />Lino Lakes, MN 55014 <br />Re: Development of approximately 37 acres East of Ware Road <br />and South of Birch St., formally known as the Soukup property. <br />Dear Mr. Schumacher, <br />I am hereby petitioning for improvements by the construction <br />of streets, storm sewers, sanitary sewers, water mains and any <br />other municipal services necessary to complete the project. <br />I am also requesting at the same time that a feasibility study <br />be prepared so we can review it at the earliest possible <br />convenience. <br />The plans and specifications should not be ordered until the <br />report has been reviewed and approved by the city council and <br />myself. <br />It would be my intention to advertise and begin construction <br />as possible. <br />Sincerely <br />•J <br />Richard S.
