Council Member Reinert <br />and moved its adoption: <br />introduced the following resolution <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 26 - 90 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR INSTALLATION <br />OF WEARING COURSE IN SEVERAL SUBDIVISIONS <br />WHEREAS: it appears that approximately 80% of the housing <br />units in the subdivisions of D. Erickson's Second <br />Addition, Phase I and Phase II, Reshanau Lakes <br />Estates South, Phase I, Sunrise Meadows, Woodridge <br />Estates, Rohavic Oaks and Rice Lake Estates are <br />nearly completed, and <br />WHEREAS: <br />the City Code specifies that the wearing course <br />shall be in stalled when approximately 80% of the <br />dwellings are completed in a subdivision as <br />outlined in Ordinance 03 - 90, Section 302.06, <br />Subd. 2, <br />�,. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />Darrell Schneider of TKDA is hereby designated the <br />engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans <br />and specifications for the making of such improvement. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 14th day of May, <br />1990. <br />VA4,-(// <br />Harold L. Anderson, Clerk -Treasurer <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Council Member Bohjanen upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor: Neal, Kuether, Bisel, <br />Reinert, Bohjanen. <br />The following voted against same: None. <br />Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted. <br />
