Council Member Reinert introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 29 - 90 <br />RESOLUTION REQUESTING MN/DOT TO ENTER INTO A COOPERATIVE <br />CONSTRUCTION AGREEMENT REFERENCING THE MAY 22, 1990 CONCEPT <br />PLAN AND THE PROPOSED COST SHARING FORMULA <br />WHEREAS: <br />The intersection of Trunk Highway #49 (Hodgson <br />Road) and CASH #23 (Lake Drive) is dangerous and <br />many accidents are recorded each month, and <br />WHEREAS: A development plan for the area around the <br />intersection has been completed and the new <br />development plan is based on the new intersection <br />concept, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />that the City of Lino Lakes request that Mn/DOT enter <br />into a cooperative construction agreement with the City <br />of Lino Lakes for the improvement of the Trunk Highway <br />#49 (Hodgson Road) and CASH #23 (Lake Drive) <br />intersection as outlined in the May 22, 1990 concept <br />plan and proposed cost sharing formula. <br />Adopted by the Council this 29th day of May, 1990. <br />Marily%r0G. Bisel, Mayor <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Council Member _Ilea' and upon <br />voted being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Neal, <br />Kuether, Bisel, Reinert, Bohjanen. <br />The following voted against same: <br />None. <br />Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted. <br />
