Council Member Reinertintroduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 30 - 90 <br />RESOLUTION REQUESTING ANOKA COUNTY TO PARTICIPATE IN THE <br />IMPROVEMENT OF THE INTERSECTION AT TRUNK HIGHWAY 349 (HODGSON <br />ROAD) AND CASH #23 (LAKE DRIVE) <br />WHEREAS: <br />The intersection of Trunk Highway #49 (Hodgson <br />Road) and CASH #23 (Lake Drive) is dangerous and <br />many accidents are recorded each month, and <br />WHEREAS: A development plan for the area around the <br />intersection has been completed and the new <br />development plan is based on the new intersection <br />concept, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO <br />L LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />that the City of Lino Lakes request Anoka County to <br />participate in the improvement of the intersection of <br />Trunk Highway #49 (Hodgson Road) and CASH #23 (Lake <br />Drive) with County funds requested for 1991 per County <br />cost sharing formula Exhibit "B" which is attached. <br />Adopted by the Council this 29th day of May, 1990. <br />Mar lyG. Bisel, Mayor <br />Clerk -Treasurer <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Council Member Bohjanen and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Kuether, <br />Neal, Bisel, Bohjanen, Reinert. <br />The following voted against same: none. <br />Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted. <br />
