Council Member Bohjanen introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 34 - 90 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT OF <br />CHOMONIX AREA TRUNK SEWER <br />WHEREAS: it is proposed to construct a gravity trunk sewer <br />line from the intersection of Birch Street and West <br />Shadow Lake Drive to the Laurene Avenue lift <br />station and to assess the benefited property for <br />all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 and the <br />Lino Lakes City Charter, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />That the proposed improvement be referred to Darrell <br />Schneider, Toltz, King, Duvall, Anderson and Associates <br />for study and that he is instructed to report to the <br />Council with all convenient speed advising the Council <br />�.- in a preliminary was as to whether the proposed <br />improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best <br />be made as proposed or in connection with some other <br />improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement <br />as recommended. <br />Adopted by the Council this 29th day of May, 1990. <br />Harold L.
