Council Member Bohjanen introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 37 - 90 <br />RESOLUTION SETTING PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR VACATION OF <br />CERTAIN EASEMENTS IN RESHANAU PARK ESTATES <br />WHEREAS: it has been determined that certain easements for <br />utility purposes and for street purposes as <br />described in the attached Exhibit "A" are no longer <br />needed in Reshanau Park Estates, and <br />WHEREAS: the City will be receiving an easement for access <br />and utility purposes in the exact same area and as <br />described in the attached Exhibit "B", <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA: <br />that a public hearing be set for Monday, August 13, 1990 <br />at 7:00 P.M. to consider vacating the former utility and <br />street easements as described the attached Exhibit "A". <br />Adopted by the City Council this 9th day of July, 1990. <br />Mr la(4yn <br />Harold L. Bisel, Mayor <br />L,1 / <br />Anderson, Clerk -Treasurer <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Council Member Neal and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Neal, Kuether, Bisel, Reinert, Bohjanen. <br />The following voted against same: None <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted. <br />
