Council Member Bohjanen introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 40 - 90 <br />RESOLUTION ORDER PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />WHEREAS: a certain petition requesting the improvement of <br />installation of sanitary sewer and municipal water lateral <br />lines into the Minnesota Correctional Facility from the <br />intersection of Industrial Boulevard and 4th Avenue, was duly <br />presented to the Council, and <br />WHEREAS: pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted <br />April 11, 1988, a report has been prepared by TKDA with <br />reference to the improvement, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The council finds and determines that said petition was <br />signed by all owners of real property named as the <br />location of the improvement. <br />2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed. <br />3. Darrell Schneider, of TKDA is hereby designated as the <br />engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans <br />and specifications for the making of such improvement. <br />Adopted by the Council this 9th day of July, 1990. <br />Harold L. Bisel, Mayor <br />Marilyn'/G. indersonn, Clerk -Treasurer <br />v <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Council Member Kuether and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: Neal, Kuether, Bisel, Reinert, Bohjanen. <br />The following voted against the same: None <br />Where upon the resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted. <br />
